What We Do
Three Services, One Focus:
Your Pension Entitlement
Each service is designed to match a different stage of a pension matter — from initial uncertainty to full court representation. You are not obliged to move beyond any step until you are ready.
Back to HomeOur Approach
How We Work with Clients
Every engagement begins with a careful reading of whatever documents the client brings. We do not form a view before seeing the paperwork. Our approach is methodical: understand the scheme rules, compare them against the contribution and benefit records, identify any gap between what is owed and what has been paid or calculated, and then explain what that gap means in practical and legal terms.
Where a clear entitlement exists, we say so. Where the position is uncertain or the evidence is limited, we say that too. Clients are never given advice shaped by what they want to hear — only by what the documents and the law support.
We keep fees proportionate to the matter. Many clients need only a consultation. Some need a written opinion. A smaller number require full representation. We make each step available independently, with no obligation to proceed beyond it.
